Project Description:
A wonderful corner site, with a significant level change with the topography, synonymous with the Coogee landscape character. The clients wish to create a space that lends to the streetscape and complements the street facing elevation of the house. Using predominantly native species, the planting sets the building within the landscape, while providing higher level screening to the street facing windows.
